2. These terms and conditions and the disclaimers and exclusions contained within them are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, to which both parties submit.

3. We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on this site from time to time.

4. Access to the website may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time.

The copyright in the material in rawlencepress.com/rawlencepress.co.uk website together with the website design, text and graphics, and their selection and arrangement, and all software compilations, underlying source code and software (including applets) belongs to Rawlence Press Ltd. All rights reserved. None of this material may be reproduced without our written permission. You may, however, download or print a single copy for your own non-commercial off-line viewing.

6. The website may contain links to other websites which are not under the control of Rawlence Press Ltd, and we can therefore assume no responsibility for the content or availability of those sites.

Rawlence Press Ltd shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any information contained in this website, except to the extent stated in the terms and conditions of sale (where applicable) and to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.

8. Rawlence Press Ltd makes every effort to faithfully illustrate measurements and colours but reproduction on screen may vary from the actual product. Rawlence Press has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information and products contained in this website, but can accept no responsibility for any loss or inconvenience sustained by you as a result of acting on the information provided. Accordingly, to the extent permitted by applicable law, and subject to the terms and conditions of sale. Rawlence Press Ltd disclaims all warranties and representations (whether express or implied) as to the accuracy of any information contained in this website.

9. Personalised stationery: Rawlence Press Ltd will use its experience and expertise to ensure the finished layout is compatible with the end product.

General

1. We do our best to keep to dates given for delivery or shipment; however, they are not to be treated as a condition of sale.

2. As exact quantities cannot be guaranteed, deliveries are subject to tolerances of up to plus or minus 5%.

3. Complaints regarding bespoke goods must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery or they will not be considered.

4. Postage rates: due to changes made by the Post Office for postage charges for letters and large letters, please double check your postage rates before posting. Rawlence Press cannot be held responsible for advising on different postage rates.

5. Please check all proofs carefully. Approval (sign-off) of the proof by the client is taken as acceptance of responsibility and any reprints required because of mistakes on proofs will be charged accordingly. Rawlence Press does not accept responsibility for mistakes or typing errors approved by the client.

Payment Policy

1. Upon confirmation of your order to proceed we will require payment of 50% of the estimated total. Once the proofs have been approved, we will charge for design time and print production of your order and the remainder will need to be paid prior to despatch. Should you cancel your order at any time after proofs have been prepared, we reserve the right to charge £90 per hour for the design/proof work undertaken. Should there be any changes to your order through the production process we reserve the right to amend the order value and will require any additional payment prior to the goods being released to you.

2. Despatch/delivery will be charged extra.

Refund Policy

1. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on bespoke or personalised stationery items. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Privacy

1. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988.

2. We may email you in the future regarding Rawlence Press Ltd business or your orders.

3. It is not our policy to share your registration data with any third-party companies. However, if you take up any offers or sales with companies through our website, any details that you pass on will be subject to the terms and conditions of that company.

4. For commercial purposes we may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third parties, but these will not include any personally identifying information.
